New jewel pens

Files for the new jewel pens are set at 100-100. They're not lasering white as shown in catalog but lasering silver and hard to see. Design screen states 100-50 but that doesn't work either. Please advise.

Here is an example of what you should be able to expect. You are correct that the result is more silver, not white.

I suggest using a bit of rubbing alcohol to get it as clear as possible.
Also note, that of all the pens, the teal would be the most difficult to distinguish, as the silver and teal are similar in tone.
