But, they are not mentioned in the file change log. Are these changes in the 5.4 laser files?

Those changes are under the article title "GravoTouch Fixes and Updates". They are fixes specific to the GravoTouch program and are not in the 5.4/5.2 GravoStyle laser files (and, therefore, are not in the "Laser Files Change Log" either).
