    Problem with Silicone Bracelets

    Good morning! We are receiving complaints concerning the silicone bracelets. The top color is wearing away far too quickly. We have had several customers discuss with us that they haven't had their bracelets for just a week or so and the top color is wearing off. The customers did mention that they have worn their bracelets the same amount of time as any other silicone bracelet. So, it has had general usage and wear time. What should we do?? Thanks for any advice or help you can give!

    Some internal testing has been done, but we have been unable to get the bracelets to wear.
    Credit/replacements can issued for any that have worn out quickly. This will be done on a case-by-case basis; please call customer service at 800-828-5260, press 1.
