Laser Fault Error
I understand how to reset it by either turning it off and back on or simply cancelling the job and resending it works too, but I am wondering what is causing it to happen? We have had our machine running for 2 days now and I have seen this message at least 5 times already. Just wondering if something I am doing is causing it to happen so often?

Gravograph support will be able to best help you to determine if the problem is with the computer/connection or the laser itself. Gravograph's support number is 1-800-634-6335. Press 4, then 2 and be sure to say you are part of the P Graham Dunn laser program.
