We engraved an iPad cover using ZIPW0020A. However, the emblem in the middle came out so faint that you could not see the second line (HOPE &). We tried to re-engrave just that emblem but it was still very light. We had to use a fine line marker to make the letters visible. Since this is not a "user changeable" field, how can we get it to engrave darker?
