Importing clipart but ending up with box

I am trying to import a GIF image into an engraving and I end up with a box with an "X" in it. I seem to remember that this is some type of correctable problem with Gravostyle software, but can't remember the solution.

Nevermind....I found the answer in the "Quick Fix" section
