Recently we've had a problem with ZRDS desk mottos and ZSQM plaques where the machine will laser what looks like a small scratch across clip art. It doesn't make any unusual noise, and it lasers the scratch right along with the clip art. At first it didn't happen very much, and it doesn't happen for every piece, but it's happening more often now and we're wondering how we can prevent it.
