Trouble with ZRKC10 keychain

I just did one of these keychains, and although it looked perfectly centered on the screen, when I sent it through the engraver, the alignment was way off. Instead of being nice & centered like it was on the screen, it was off in the upper right hand corner. I don 't know if this is something that can be fixed with just a simple update, but I thought I'd just let you guys know. Thanks.

Please try running the red out line from layer 2 with the redlight to see if it's on the product as you would expect. If you saved the file you were working on as a custom file, use that file first. If it's off (or you didn't save it as a custom file), try rescanning and checking the unmodified file. If the unmodified file is still off for you, please call me at 800-828-5260.
