EPS issues

I've had very spotty success importing EPS files created in Corel Draw into Gravograph. I've begun just doing more things directly out of Corel Draw, which is more work, but gives the desired result. Can you give me some pointers on how to make this process more successful?

A fairly reliable method is to just run every file through www.vectormagic.com, even the vector EPS's.
That will process the file and allow you to save with only two colors, as needed for Gravograph.
