We engraved an iPad cover using ZIPW0020A. However, the emblem in the middle came out so faint that you could not see the second line (HOPE &). We tried to re-engrave just that emblem but it was still very light. We had to use a fine line marker to make the letters visible. Since this is not a "user changeable" field, how can we get it to engrave darker?

On that product the usual problem with light engraving is that the piece isn't completely flat.
It may have a bit of a bend or depression in the center that causes the engraving to not turn out properly.
Before engraving, make sure to bend the product a little bit in the opposite way, to ensure that it is completely flat and level before running it.
