I tried to use this link to download images to produce a ad page and got a Webpage could not be found error 405.

Where did you find the link that you were using? We changed the file location a few weeks back, and thought that all links were updated, but perhaps you found one that we missed.
The link on the Documentation page had spaces in the URL still. Those spaces have been removed, so the link there works now.
