    Due to a change in painting techniques, we have recently discovered that the following items are leaving an overabundant amount of residue upon an attempt to wipe clean: ZALR23, ZALR04, ZALR07, ZALR09, ZALC02, ZALC21. Our production team has identified a solution, and following a few final tests will begin producing as normal. In the interim, we will be pulling each of these items from our shelves and will no longer ship the faulty product. If your store has been inconvenienced by these particular pieces, please take a moment to make our customer service team aware as we will be providing full product credit for the defective pieces.     Only applicable to product purchased after January 1, 2013. Call tag to be sent to accounts requesting credit for over five items.

      Thank you for this update! We have been experiencing the extra residue and thought it may have been something with our machine. We are a Canadian store and I am wondering if we should contact you? or our Canadian distributors?

      You will need to work through Foundation, our Canadian distributor.
