    Laser/Vector on plastic sheets

I need some information about using the colored sheet to laser on and cutout designes. What settings do you recommend for rastering and the setting to vector on these sheet to have a clean cut and not warp the pastic? Also, do you have a video on this subject like the vector video? Thanks.

Page 14 in the March 2011 Laser Manual & Supplies catalog has a bar code with the laserable plastic. That number is 656200094242. That file has some good starting points for working with the plastic - a 12"x12" outline of the material and some reasonable setting to start from. The vector settings on that file may be a bit much (100% Power, 10% Speed) - you might try a higher speed with two passes to prevent warping.

i suggest cutting into small pieces before engraving. Also, watch very carefully while it vectors. usually the auto focus will catch and move the whole sheet and fire could result.
