A Reminder about Pastor Appreciation Month

October is Pastor Appreciation Month! To honor and celebrate the efforts of church leadership, remind your customers to say "thanks"! We have created new layouts that are quick and easy in creating the perfect personalized gift. AND....remember to cross promote!

Plant the seed...
Use the attached sales flyer as a bag stuffer to create a "Reason to Return"! Set up a tower with products focusing on this occasion! Show products that would make the perfect desk set up, for example. Or focus on gifts for men. Add the sales flyer in a sign holder at the register and focus tower as a reminder. Whatever you choose, create a "Tower that Talks!"

Suggestive sell...
Remind your customers that October is Pastor Appreciation Month! Ask them if they have purchased their gift yet. Suggest merchandise and then add on items to that suggestion to build a multiple item sale. Remind the customer how simple and easy personalization is. Take them to the tower and Laser machine! Share the gift of personalization!

Getting Technical

Our Technical Support team is available to assist you Monday-Friday 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. EST. When placing a call to
P. Graham Dunn's tech support, please dial toll free (800) 828-5260 or local and Canada (330) 828-2105. Select Option 5 for Technical Support. If we are unavailable please leave a message and a member of our team will contact you. After hours calls are returned on the next business day.

We'll do the legwork for you!
In an effort to better serve you, we have updated our process for tech calls. Our goal is to get you up and running the same day as you experience a technical issue, however some instances may require a part and/or a service call from Gravograph. Please do not contact Gravograph directly! All calls should be filtered through PGD technical support first to diagnose the issue. If it is determined that Gravograph is needed, PGD will contact Gravograph to begin a service ticket. Gravograph will then contact you within one business day to set up a service call. Gravograph has up to three business days to service your machine. If parts are needed, service lead times may be longer. We appreciate your patience!

Dealer Survey Feedback

Thank you for your participation in our recent survey on the overall laser program. 81 Dealers provided insightful feedback.

A few successes include:

  • 82% of survey participants are VERY SATISFIED with our technical support
  • The customer service team received an EXCELLENT rating by 74% of survey participants


We are working on program improvements, based on your feedback. A few highlights include:
  • Improved Laser Training and Continuing Education Classes for 2012
  • Improved Technical Support processes between PGD and Gravograph to get you up and running faster
  • More seasonal/occasion specific product promotions and layouts
  • Improving Dealer Communications including e-mail and Laser Website
  • Point of Purchase Materials and Laser Signage

We are working hard to launch these add value items to the Laser Program! More details coming soon! Thank you again for your time in completing the survey!

Retiring SKU's

To make room for the new, we are saying goodbye to some of your favorites. The following SKU's are being discontinued and will be available through December 30, 2011 or while supplies last! Stock up on your favorites with 25% off a $600 minimum wholesale purchase on these SKU's only! This amount will count toward your monthly minimum purchase requirement.

Remember that layouts are always available in your laser files, even when product is discontinued! Keep your corresponding scan sheets with UPC's until your inventory levels are depleted.

A Warm Welcome!

Welcome to our newest dealers Katrina Skinner from Sacred Melody; Alyssa and Craig Fabik from Bible Supplies; and Jocelyn Carrell from Rainbow Christian Book and Gift who recently joined the Laser program! So glad to have you as part of our team!

DEALER SPOTLIGHT
Joy's Hallmark, NJ

Congratulations to the team of Joy's Hallmark for being selected "Dealer of the Month" for October. Joy's Hallmark has been family owned since 1987 by Ron and Joy Monokian. The first store opened in Burlington, NJ. In 1994, the second Joy's Hallmark was purchased in Marlton, NJ and the third location in Medford, NJ in 2002.

Ron and Joy have been become "Master Marketers" of the Laser Engraving Program. Joy's Hallmark participates in fundraising opportunities within their community. While helping to raise funds for Timber Creek High School and other local businesses, Ron and team create personalized products, all while producing up to 40% profit for several organizations!

People, training and communication is also key at Joy's Hallmark stores. The staff is cross trained in order wrting and product knowledge so the staff can service their customers, even if a laser operator is unavailable. "I have great people who head up the department in each store. We meet on a monthly basis to share ideas. When a custom job is created it is saved and emailed to our other stores for them to add to their files," explained Ron Monokian.
